Effective
These terms cover use of this website, requests for a reputation review, and any engagement a venue signs with NeonRepute.
The provider
NeonRepute is a service of Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. Our registration details appear on each agreement and invoice. For questions about these terms, email hello@neonrepute.site.
The service
We monitor what is said publicly about a venue, draft replies for approval, report content that breaks platform rules, and support venues through incidents. We do not write, buy, sell or filter reviews, and we do not provide legal advice.
Outcomes
Platforms decide which reviews stay up, and guests decide what they write. We commit to the work in your agreement. No particular rating, number of reviews, removal, search result or AI answer is part of that commitment, and some reports will be declined.
Fees
- Fees are per venue, per month, in US dollars, as shown on the pricing page and fixed in your agreement.
- Flexible: renews monthly and ends when either side gives notice before the next month.
- Term: the lower monthly fee runs for the full three, six or twelve months chosen.
- Fees are billed monthly in advance. There are no setup fees and no charges per review, reply or report.
What the venue agrees to
- The venue operates legally and the facts it gives us are true.
- It will not ask us, its staff or anyone else to post, buy or reward reviews, or to ask only satisfied guests for reviews.
- It approves replies promptly, and a named manager is reachable during incidents.
- It grants platform access through manager roles rather than shared passwords.
Incidents
On the Recovery package we respond to incidents within an hour, at any time, through the contact route agreed at the start. Where an incident involves injury, a possible crime or a legal claim, the venue should involve its own lawyer and insurer; we coordinate public communication, not legal strategy.
Confidentiality
Incidents, evidence, reports and plans stay private between us. We will not use a venue's name in our marketing without written consent. How personal information is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Limits of liability
If something goes wrong, NeonRepute's liability is limited to the fees paid in the three months before the claim. Decisions made by platforms, guests or the press, and any lost profits, are not covered. Where the law does not allow a limit, this clause does not apply.
Ending an engagement
Either side can end an engagement with one month's written notice, or immediately after a serious breach. Evidence gathered for pending platform reports is handed to the venue on request.
Law
The laws of India govern these terms, and Indian courts hear any dispute, unless your agreement names another forum.
