How this compares

Published pricing guides give these typical monthly costs for reputation work in the US.

OptionTypical monthly cost
Review software on its ownAbout $75 to $449 a month, depending on the tool and tier
Small-business reputation managementAbout $500 to $2,500 a month
Mid-sized businessesAbout $2,500 to $10,000 a month

Software alerts you and helps you reply; it does not write the replies or decide what to report. Our packages sit in the small-business range and include that judgment. What each package covers is set out on review management, brand monitoring and recovery.

What we never sell

  • Reviews, of any kind, written by us or anyone we pay
  • Removal of honest reviews
  • Pay-per-removal deals
  • Review gating or rewards for positive reviews

Each of these either breaks platform rules or the FTC's review rule, and each puts the venue's listing at risk. See nightlife reputation management.

Guest asks, venue replies

Guest asksIs there a discount for several venues?

Venue repliesYes. Groups of three or more venues get a combined quote, because much of the work, like reply guidelines and monitoring setup, is shared.

Guest asksDo we need review software as well?

Venue repliesNot necessarily. We work with the tools you already have, and platforms like Google and Yelp let you reply directly. If software would help, we will say which kind and why.

Guest asksWhy not pay per review removed?

Venue repliesBecause it rewards the wrong thing. Only reviews that break platform rules can be removed, and pricing per removal can push agencies toward false reports.

Guest asksCan we start with Recovery and move down later?

Venue repliesYes. A venue can start with Recovery after an incident and move to Reply once things settle. Changes happen at the end of a term or month.

End of shift

The reputation review is free. Tell us your venue and where guests leave reviews, and we reply with what stands out, what needs an answer, and what to leave alone.
