About NeonRepute

Nightlife reputation work, with house rules

NeonRepute handles reputation for bars, nightclubs, lounges, gentlemen's clubs and event venues in the United States. Every venue has house rules at the door. These are ours, and they decide what we will and will not do for a client.

House rulesPosted at the door

  1. 01Every review we touch was written by a real guest.
  2. 02We reply calmly, specifically and under a real role.
  3. 03We report only reviews that break a platform's own rules.
  4. 04We never ask only happy guests, and we never reward a review.
  5. 05We keep evidence, not grudges.
  6. 06We tell a venue when the problem is the venue.

Why nightlife

Reviews of a late-night venue are unlike reviews of a dentist or a hardware store. They are often written late at night or the next morning, about door decisions, crowds, prices and incidents that happen when people have been drinking. A general review agency's templates do not fit, and a defensive owner's reply at closing time can do more damage than the review itself. That is why our review management and recovery work is written for venues only.

The rules also changed. Since October 2024 the FTC's review rule has made fake reviews, review gating and review suppression a legal risk as well as a platform one. We built NeonRepute around doing this work honestly, as set out on nightlife reputation management.

What we never do

  • Write, buy or sell reviews
  • Remove honest reviews, or promise to
  • Threaten reviewers or pressure platforms
  • Monitor private groups or accounts
  • Name a client without written permission

No testimonials, on purpose

We are new, so there are no client logos or quotes on this site, and we will not invent any. Some venues would rather their reputation help stayed private, so we never name one without written permission. Judge us by our published prices, our shift reports, and a free reputation review of your own venue.

Guest asks, venue replies

Guest asksWhy only nightlife venues?

Venue repliesBecause their reviews are different: late nights, door decisions, crowds and alcohol produce complaints and incidents that generic reply templates handle poorly. Working only with venues keeps our replies and plans specific.

Guest asksWho are your clients?

Venue repliesWe never name a venue without written permission. As a new service we have no testimonials to show and will not invent any; our prices, guides and a free reputation review are the best way to judge us.

Guest asksDo you work with adult entertainment venues?

Venue repliesYes, including gentlemen's clubs, as long as they operate legally. The same rules on honest reviews apply to every venue.
